Landmark Credit Union’s new 152,000 sq. ft. headquarters, part of a 300,000 sq. ft. master plan, reflects the brand’s values of visibility and transparency. Strategically located along I-94, the curved glass façade welcomes the community, reinforced by prominent signage.

The headquarters features open offices, a lobby, training zone, work café, call center, and fitness center, all connected by a striking five-floor stairwell. Designed for comfort and collaboration, it incorporates sit-to-stand desks, natural materials, and environmental branding, reinforcing Landmark’s commitment to its employees and customers.

ASI Architectural’s microperf wall panels in quartered eucalyptus, custom stained to enhance uniformity, can be seen throughout Landmark Credit Union’s new headquarters, enriching the conference room, lobby, and hallways. The conference room features wall panels seamlessly integrating a hidden door, while in the hallways, our microperf panels wrap around the walls to accommodate the elevator cutouts. In the lobby, a stunning two-story wall panel installation showcases our precision craftsmanship, ensuring a flawless wrap from front to back. The scale and complexity of this project make it a true testament to ASI Architectural’s expertise.
