The ThedaCare Medical Center-Orthopedic, Spine and Pain, opened in July 2022 on the Encircle Health campus in Appleton as the region’s first hospital dedicated to these specialties.  The facility includes a medical office building, specialty surgery center, and orthopedic and spine hospital with operating suites and 25 inpatient beds. It also features a comprehensive foodservice area to support high outpatient activity. The center enhances access to specialized care and state-of-the-art technology, focusing on operational efficiency and exceptional patient experience.

This project involved the use of our Grille Panels in the Poplar wood species, covering an impressive 11,513 square feet. This installation was entirely field cut, with no major customization needed on our end, making it a straightforward and efficient process. Our versatile Grille Panels were applied throughout various spaces within the facility, including the lobby, dining area, waiting lounges, hallways, and check-in area. The result is a seamless integration of our product across multiple high-traffic areas, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the space.
