Project Overview

O’Shaughnessy Distillery in Minneapolis is a reimagined historic potato factory that offers a distinctive blend of Irish design, craft whiskey, and elevated hospitality. Under one roof, production, retail, and dining come together in an immersive setting. Visitors can follow guided tours through the distilling process, browse premium whiskeys, and unwind in thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces.

ASI’s Contribution

ASI Architectural contributed to the project’s rich interior with 1,875 square feet of Modern Coffer ceiling systems, featuring coffer panels with applied mounting in a PS White Oak wood veneer. Several panels were field-cut on site for tailored customization. Additionally, ASI provided 1,108 square feet of StrandTec Direct Attach panels with beveled edges and a custom finish, offering a seamless blend of acoustic performance and refined aesthetic throughout the space.
