Project Overview

The Biohaven project involved the build-out of a modern office space at One Flagler in West Palm Beach, completed by JRM Construction Management. More than 7,000 square feet were transformed into a polished workspace with executive offices, conference rooms, departmental areas, and a fully equipped pantry. The design focused on combining high-quality materials with smart layouts to create a professional environment that supports productivity and collaboration.

ASI’s Contribution

ASI provided custom ceiling panels that enhanced both the aesthetics and acoustics of the Biohaven office space. Standard Audition 8 perforated panels were backed with 1-inch acoustic material to support a comfortable sound environment for executive offices, conference rooms, and collaborative areas. To seamlessly blend with the modern design, the panels were fabricated in paint-grade poplar and finished with white paint, creating a clean, cohesive ceiling that complements the polished workspace while meeting the project’s functional and acoustic requirements.
