West Bank’s new corporate headquarters in West Des Moines is a four-story, 72,000 square-foot building, situated on 7.5 acres. It features a wraparound rooftop terrace and a lower-level walk-out patio overlooking a new water feature, providing spaces for hosting events. The project underscores West Bank’s commitment to remaining a vital part of the West Des Moines community, as noted by Chairman and CEO Dave Nelson. The site was chosen not only for its visibility but also for its potential for reinvestment and redevelopment, reflecting West Bank’s dedication to the community that has supported it for many years.

ASI Architectural played a crucial role in this project by supplying 9,657 square feet of 5-1/4” Linear Alumiline with a powder coat Walnut wood grain. This material was used for both interior and exterior applications, seamlessly integrating the aesthetic throughout the facility and contributing to the overall architectural vision.
