Project Overview

The new Columbia Heights City Hall, completed in 2023, brings engineering, IT, finance, community development, administration, and utility billing together in a 21,055-square-foot facility. It features a spacious lobby, City Council Chambers, and a room for community meetings and events. Designed to improve accessibility and collaboration, the building provides a modern, long-awaited hub for both city operations and the growing Columbia Heights community.

ASI’s Contribution 

Delivered in June 2023, ASI Architectural supplied 1,914 square feet of custom-cut Fusion Flat ceiling panels and 472 linear feet of vertical trim for the Columbia Heights City Hall project. Finished in a PS Walnut veneer with a clear lacquer coating, the panels were installed using ASI’s torsion spring system for a clean, accessible design.
