Project Overview

Case Western Reserve University developed the South Residential Village, a new 600-bed residence hall in Cleveland, Ohio, to serve as a central hub for second-year students. Completed in Fall 2024 and targeting LEED Gold certification, the South Residential Village features modern amenities – including a large glass-enclosed multi-purpose room and inviting green spaces for outdoor activities – designed to foster a comfortable and supportive living environment that encourages students to engage with their peers and the broader campus community.

ASI’s Contribution

ASI contributed two signature products to the new South Residential Village at Case Western Reserve University. The first was our Microperf system, featured in a cascading ceiling design that flowed in both directions, rising and overlapping for a dynamic architectural effect, all installed with our standard trim and T-bar. The second was our grille system, which was a major installation, covering more than 13,000 square feet throughout the building. Our team collaborated closely with the project teams to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless alignment for installation.
