Project Overview
Rite-Hite’s new global headquarters, located in Milwaukee’s Reed Street Yards, is designed with a hospitality-focused approach. The campus features a four-story building that houses corporate offices and a customer experience center, along with a two-story facility across Freshwater Way, connected by a skywalk. This second building includes industrial demonstration spaces, product development labs, and advanced training areas for sales representatives and technicians. Accommodating around 300 employees, the campus offers amenities that prioritizes both employee convenience and customer engagement.
ASI’s Contribution
ASI Architectural contributed to the Rite-Hite Global Headquarters project by providing Microperf and Linear ceiling systems. These systems are installed throughout the office, prominently featured in large hallways and most notably within the employee common areas. The combination of our Microperf panels and Linear planks supports acoustic comfort while introducing a cohesive ceiling design that complements the building’s modern, hospitality-driven environment.
